General

	Do you accept dogs?
	Sorry but we do not accept any pets.
	Can I smoke in the cottage?
	No, the cottage is strictly non smoking.
	Do you have a baby cot?
	We can supply a travel cot free of charge on request. Please bring you own bedding for this.
	Do I need to bring any bed linen or towels?
	No, we supply all bed linen, bathroom towels and tea towels. You might like to bring your own beach towels if you intend to visit the seaside.
	Do you have laundry facilities?
	We do not have laundry facilities in the cottage, but you are welcome to use the washing machine and tumble dryer in the Old Ffinnant. They can be found in the utility room which has it's own entrance. For a small fee we can provide a laundry service.
	Can we have a walk around the gardens?
	Our guests are more than welcome to have a wander around the gardens. We have about 1 acre of land with formal gardens at the top and a wild and woody area with a stream running through it lower down. We are more than happy to take you on a little tour.
	Are the gardens child friendly?
	Yes and No. Our children are fine because they know the gardens well. However we would advise parents to supervise their own children as the gardens are unfenced and some of the paths are quite steep.

	What are the check-in and check-out times?
	Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 10:00am. If your arrival or departure times vary greatly from this please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
	When is Changeover day?
	Changeover day is Saturday.
	Do you do short breaks?
	We do short breaks during the Low and parts of the Mid season. A short break can start on a Friday or Saturday and finish on a Sunday or Monday but must be for a minimum of 2 nights. The price is the same for 2 or 3 nights.

	Are there any charges for electricity or heating?
	No, all electricity and heating is included.
	What forms of payment do you accept?
	We accept payments by cheque and credit/debit card. We use Paypal to process credit/debit cards. You do not need a Paypal account to pay by card.
	Are there any booking fees or credit card surcharges?
	No there are no hidden charges. However, we do get charged by Paypal for credit/debit card payments. If you have your own Paypal account linked to a bank account, we would prefer you to make a Paypal transfer rather than use a card as this carries no fee for us or our guests.
	What deposit is required and when must the full payment be made?
	A 25% deposit is required within 7 days to confirm the booking with the full balance being payable 8 weeks before the rental commences.
